METHODOLOGY
INTERVIEW

In order to get information, we have interviewed, people who directly relates to the service such as manager, driver, front liners, and also the security. We asked several question related to the operation, like how many route they offered, how many vehicle they have, facilities they provide, and etc.
OBSERVATION
​
For this project, we used direct observation as one of our method. We visit each company and observe the service and operation they did. For instance, we observe the location, the staff, vehicles and how many passenger for every trip in one time.
For this project, we have reviewed four company as our object of study, which are Pasteur Trans, Lintas Shuttle, Jackal Holiday and Cititrans.

2. To find out the effectiveness of using financial analysis as a medium to understand the objectives of the industry itself.
CONCLUSION
COMPANY WITH BEST WINNING STRATEGY GOES TO CITITRANS
Because the fit test, competitive test, and performance test is the best if we compare with another competitor. From fit test, Cititrans fulfill all the criteria that needed to open this kind of business and attract the customer to make Cititrans as one of the player at this shuttle industry . From the competitive advantage, Cititrans is the best because this company provide usb port for charging the gadget, using Mercedes-Benz that prior the comfort, and giving leather on seat, and has more leg room to increase customer satisfaction, also it has provide the high frequently operation. Beside that, out of four companies just Cititrans that fulfill the VRIN test, making this company is the only one that has a sustainable competitive advantage (Program Citiflyer Premium Shuttle) From the performance test, out of four companies, Cititrans was giving the best financial profit at 2017.
